Providing Service for Multi-Unit Real Estate Properties in Milwaukee and Waukesha Counties
We provide commercial service for the Greater Milwaukee County area and Waukesha County which includes Big Bend, Brookfield, Butler, Cudahy, Elm Grove, Franklin, Genesee Depot, Greendale, Greenfield, Hales Corners, Lannon, Menomonee Falls, Milwaukee (limited areas), Mukwonago, Muskego, New Berlin, North Prairie (east of Highway E), Oak Creek, Pewaukee, South Milwaukee, St. Francis, Vernon, Wales, Waterford, Waukesha, Wauwatosa, West Allis, West Milwaukee (limited areas), and Wind Lake.
No Contracts to Sign, No Job Rates, No Waiting All Day Long—No Kidding
We do not require that you sign a contract with us. If you like our service, you just call and schedule service. We can meet with the on-site property manager, maintenance personnel, use lockboxes or meet with the tenant to complete the repair. If you need us to call and schedule with the tenant directly, we’ll be glad to do that for you. We set up a 90-minute window prior to the day of service so that all parties are aware of when our technicians will be onsite. This way, no one is waiting at the property all day.
We will call you for authorization prior to the repair or you can set a predetermined maximum amount. We call you either way with repair costs and let you know if the appliance is worth repairing or if the appliance is not worth repairing.
We work on all major appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers/dryers (standard residential, front- and top-load, stack units and coin or card operated), ranges, stoves, cooktops, wall ovens, dishwashers, garbage disposals, air conditioners (sleeve and window), microwaves (built-in only), and trash compactors.
Our service call covers the diagnostic of the appliance. Parts and labor are separate. We also have a 90-day warranty on all labor and honor your appliance manufacturer’s parts warranty. There is no minimum charge on labor. Labor is charged to the exact time it takes to do the repair job, whether it’s five or 50 minutes. We do not charge in 30 or 60 minute blocks. We let you know up front what repair costs will be. We do not job rate which also saves you money.
For apartment, multi-family or condominium complexes, the service call will cover up to two appliances per building, apartment, or condo. Each additional appliance in that same building will have a $25.00 or $35.00 service call added depending on the brand or manufacturer. If the same issue resurfaces on an appliance we serviced in the last 30 days or we need to go back with a specialty part, there is no additional service call charged.
We bill you when the job is completed. Invoices are due net 30 from the billing date. All of our invoices are written out in detail, so you know exactly what repair was performed on each appliance at each location.
